You might get two types of upload errors.

1. Multiple or No Dots

This error message tells that ther is multiple dots in file name or no dots. There is a strong rule that the file name must have a SINGLE DOT ONLY.

Types of VALID file names are:

# arjun.txt
# Macroeconomics.pdf
# macroeco-keynese.chm
# NI_questions.doc

and so on.

Types of INVALID file names are:

# arjun
# ch1. POM - Communication.doc
# ch - 1 topic 1.1.2 for students.doc

and so on.

2. Possible file upload attack!

You can not upload any file that is larger than 390kb [Actually 400000 bytes; every single byte matters]. Your file upload process generates an error message as Possible File Upload Attack if it is larger than 390KB, though it matches the criterion of DOT.
